Hydraulic impact hammer Model Boxer-800

The Boxer-800 is a complementary tool for the PLC controlled free fall winch,
when it comes to top drive piling in rather homogeneous ground conditions.
The ramming system of the Boxer-800 is fully PLC controlled and generates a
high ram frequency and energy compared to it’s size.

The Boxer-800 can handle steel tubes Ø 139mm up to Ø 273mm and
pre cast piles 180 x 180mm.
The stroke of the ram weight is adjustable in steps of approx. 10cm up to max. 90cm.
The total height of the hammer is approx. 115 cm.
The hammer is not built in a fixed frame.
This has the advantage that the effective working height of the
hammer depends on the adjusted pre set ram height.

In narrow places, the hammer still can be used by giving short hits.
While the pile penetrates the ground, longer hits can be chosen.
