Drilling machine Model SB-450

The casings are clamped using an ingenious clamp.
The clamp is easily operated by one valve and does no longer use rotating hydraulic components thereby eliminating leakage problems.
The combination of the clamp and rack and pinion system makes it very easy and fast to ‘re-clamp’ a casing during installation.

Combining this system using grout injection is possible as well.

By switching of hydaulic motors the maximum torque can be reduced in steps from 450 kNm to 338 kNm and 225 kNm, simultaneously the speed is increased

This unit makes it possible to take 100% advatage of full displacement piles.

Inserting casings up to 557 mm
(incl. swaged part).
