Easy Cutter

Vermeer Machine Techniek has developed in close coöperation with Demar Heiwerken the Easy Cutter.
The Easy Cutter is designed to cut steel tubes in a simple way from the inside of the tubes.
When a tube is set at the correct depth, the operator measures the length of the tube that needs to be cut off.

An electric cutting device is connected to the Easy Cutter and the cutting knives are slowly pushed to the outside, cutting the tube from the inside.

When using the Easy Cutter the operator can cut the tube easily within a few minutes.
The cutting process results in a straight, horizontal cut and re-usable tube.
The Easycutter is available for the tube sizes 168 mm, 219 mm and 273 mm.
